PHS MISSION
At PHS our culture is defined by the IB Framework and the P.A.C.K. Program. The IB Framework offers a holistic approach which challenges students to grow in their personal and academic pursuits through cycles of inquiry. The Cycle of Inquiry engages students in the process of Inquiry, Action, and Reflection to construct their own understanding around key concepts through global contexts and across multiple disciplines. The P.A.C.K. Program (Perseverance, Attitude, Character, Knowledge), a school wide system of interventions, supports students as they challenge themselves to grow while also holding themselves accountable for their learning progress and personal behavior.
These programs encourage students to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand and value other cultures and perspectives.
